• Navigate to the “Explanation of Benefits” tab
• Enter any of the following details to view the EOB:  NPI number, policy number (including leading zeros if present), claim number, service start date, or service end date
• Click “Submit” to view EOBs

• Navigate to the “Policy Benefit” tab
• Enter the policy number (include leading zeros if present) and the patient’s date of birth
• Click “Submit” to view the policy benefits

• Log in to your admin account
• Click on “Manage Users” under the main navigation bar
• Click “Add User” on the new page that appears

Policy Benefits: View policy benefits by entering the policy number and the insured’s date of birth. You’ll see a document detailing their benefits, along with the plan’s effective date, next premium due date, and a list of all insured individuals.
EOBs: Access and view Explanation of Benefits.
